1. 我们收集哪些数据？

不收集。本扩展没有开发者服务器，没有账号体系，没有统计（无分析、无广告、无追踪代码）。我们不会收集、存储或上传你的任何个人数据。

2. 你选中的文本会去哪？

仅在你主动触发翻译时，你选中的文本会从你的浏览器直接发送到你所选择的翻译引擎：

• 谷歌翻译（默认）：发送至 Google 的翻译服务（translate.googleapis.com），受 Google 隐私政策 约束；
• AI 翻译：发送至你在设置中选择的服务商（如 DeepSeek、智谱、通义、Kimi、OpenAI、硅基流动、你自建的 Ollama/自定义接口），受对应服务商的隐私政策约束；
• 本机代理（可选）：仅发送到你自己电脑上的本地服务（127.0.0.1），不经过互联网。

这些数据仅用于完成翻译并即时返回结果，我们（扩展开发者）无法访问其中任何内容。

3. 本地存储

以下内容保存在你本机浏览器的扩展存储（chrome.storage.local）中，随时可通过扩展设置或卸载清除：

• 你的偏好设置（翻译引擎、语言方向、开关状态）；
• 你自行填写的 AI 服务商 API Key（仅本机保存；仅直接发往你配置的服务商）。

4. 权限说明

• storage：保存上述本机设置；
• contextMenus：在浏览器右键菜单中提供「翻译选中内容」入口；
• scripting / activeTab：当页面在扩展安装或更新前已打开时，将翻译脚本注入当前标签页以显示译文卡片（仅在你主动操作时）；
• 对翻译引擎域名的访问权限：调用你所选翻译服务的 API 所必需；
• 在所有网页上运行的内容脚本：用于在任意网页上显示「译」按钮和译文卡片——仅当你主动选中文字并触发翻译时才会处理所选文本，扩展不会读取或上传页面上的其他内容。

5. 数据保留与删除

我们不保留任何数据（因为我们不收集）。要清除本机设置：在扩展设置中重置，或在浏览器中卸载扩展。

6. 政策变更

如本政策有更新，将在本页面发布最新版本并更新「最后更新」日期。

1. What data do we collect?

None. There is no developer server, no account system, and no analytics, ads, or tracking code. We do not collect, store, or upload any of your personal data.

2. Where does your selected text go?

Only when you explicitly trigger a translation, the selected text is sent directly from your browser to the translation engine you choose:

• Google Translate (default): sent to Google's translation service (translate.googleapis.com), subject to Google's Privacy Policy;
• AI translation: sent to the provider you configure (e.g. DeepSeek, Zhipu, Qwen, Kimi, OpenAI, SiliconFlow, your own Ollama/custom endpoint), subject to that provider's privacy policy;
• Local proxy (optional): sent only to a local service on your own computer (127.0.0.1); never over the internet.

The text is used solely to produce the translation returned to you. The extension developer cannot access any of it.

3. Local storage

The following is stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and can be cleared via the extension settings or by uninstalling:

• Your preferences (engine, language direction, toggles);
• Any AI provider API key you enter (kept on your device; sent only to the provider you configured).

4. Permissions explained

• storage: save the local settings above;
• contextMenus: add a "Translate selected text" item to the browser context menu;
• scripting / activeTab: inject the translation script into the current tab to display the result card when the page was opened before the extension was installed/updated (only on your explicit action);
• Access to translation-engine domains: required to call the API of the service you select;
• Content script on all websites: used to show the "译" button and the translation card on any page — it processes selected text only when you explicitly trigger a translation; nothing else on the page is read or uploaded.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain nothing (we collect nothing). To clear local settings: reset them in the extension options or uninstall the extension.

6. Changes

Any updates to this policy will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
